Please take note of several changes with camp for 2021. These are changes that accommodate our current situation with Covid-19, but we hope things will return to normal by the next year.
(Please note also that these guidelines are subject to change as state/federal guidelines change.)
In order to accommodate additional space needed for Covid-19 precautions and in order to have a venue confirmed, camp this year will be held at CORNERSTONE CHRISTIAN CHURCH, 3 miles from Bermuda Run Exit 180B.
In order to accommodate anticipated restrictions and for scheduling, your OPEN HOUSE may be held on Saturday before camp, or at a different time.
Due to our cancellation in 2020, our campers from last year will have priority registration.
You will be contacted directly if you fall into this category.
OPEN REGISTRATION BEGINS JANUARY 15 at 12:00am
for all other campers.
We do not anticipate cancelling camp for a second year unless government mandate deems so. We are prepared to operate within any necessary restrictions, provided that we are still able to host a full camp in numbers.
In the event of cancellation due to government mandate, families will receive a full refund of tuition paid and $25 of registration fees paid

Class size will be limited to 16 campers per group (or what the state recommends for group size at the time of camp). Each group will have 1 adult guide that travels with your child's group, 1 adult leader in each classroom and a teen helper when necessary for activities.
Campers and staff will adhere to the state safety guidelines, wear masks if mandated and stay in isolated pods with their guides and teen helpers. Contact between groups will be limited according to current statutes at the time of camp.
We will check the temperature of each camper and staff member upon their arrival. We will also have families complete a survey regarding any potential recent exposure if these protocols are still recommended at the time of camp.
We likely will have outside pickup and drop off. And will ask that parents and siblings not enter the building.
The possibility of large group gatherings at the beginning and end of the camp day will be determined as the summer draws near, subject to modification for camper and staff protection. Group activities will be held outdoors as much as possible.
The end of week finale might proceed as normal with or without the parent audience depending on current regulations at the time of camp. If large groups gatherings are not recommended then we will video each class doing the program separately and send that home to enjoy. We are exploring a variety of options and will keep you posted.
